FOR ADVERTISERS, BUSINESSES OR PROPERTY OWNERS THAT LIST IN THE HELLO FAIRFIELD COUNTY GUIDE
All Advertisers, Businesses or Property Owners agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions. These are subject to change without notice.
These terms and conditions are applicable to all Business and Property Guide Listings that are provided directly to Hello Ridgefield on their website.
Hello Ridgefield reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, refuse or remove a Business or Property Listing or a part of a listing at any time for any reason and without being obliged to provide any reasons.
The Contract begins on the date that the application was made. Usually a twelve or one month period that will automatically renew at the end of the period.
It is the Business or Property Listings responsibility to provide accurate information on The Hello Fairfield County Website to be displayed on the Website Guide, either by emailing the information, or giving permission for the information to be taken directly from the Business Listing’s own website. This includes images.
If original text or image is required from the Business or Property Listing, it is their responsibility to provide this information, otherwise if preferred, Hello Ridgefield can write text or create an image for an additional charge, over and above the monthly or annual fee.
The amount that will be charged is based on the choice made and for the price stated on the website at the time of sign up.

Advertising on The Hello Fairfield County Website includes a Business or Property Listing "Block" in the category the Business or Property belongs. If a business or property falls under multiple categories, multiple blocks must be purchased. The business or Property must choose only one category per block. Hello Ridgefield cannot be held responsible for any misinformation that would have come from the Business or Property Listing’s own website or linked page.
It is the responsibility of a Business or Property Guide Listing to keep Hello Ridgefield informed of any changes in their business while in contract in order for the most accurate information being displayed at all times.
Any complaints may be emailed to Hello@HelloRidgefield.com. Each case will be looked at individually and a resolution will always be attempted, although not guaranteed.
By agreeing to have your Business or Property Listing on The Hello Fairfield County Website, you indemnify Hello Ridgefield against all claims, demands, proceedings and other liability arising wholly or partially, directly or indirectly from the publication of the material.
This Agreement may be terminated at any time in the Term period, however, no monies will be refunded once payment is made.
The Business or Property is responsible for unsubscribing their listing via this link - https://www.HelloFairfieldCounty.com/unsubscribe.
Members of the public are solely responsible for their selection of business owners from The Hello Fairfield County Website and any arrangements made, financial or otherwise, are strictly between the business or property owner and the client. Hello Ridgefield cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise from such arrangements.
REFUND POLICY
This Agreement may be terminated at any time in the Term period, however, no monies will be refunded once payment is made.
